We saw a gap between how real estate professionals perceived technology and how techies tried to solve the real-world problems without an intimate knowledge of the business processes and real estate agent/consumer needs. Hence CTC was born to fill the void – where real-life users, consumers, and techies work collectively to come up with property technology (proptech) solutions that are constantly being tested and improved inhouse

Adnan is the chief executive officer. With three decades of extensive experience in the North American real estate market, Adnan is considered one of the futuristic industry leaders and is invited as a guest speaker at various economic forms related to the global real estate industry.

TASNEEM ZAHIR

Chief Business Development Officer

 

As Chief Business Development Officer, she plays a pivotal role in developing innovative solutions for the industry. She has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry and holds a Ph.D. degree from Cambridge University, UK, and a postdoctoral  from Harvard University, US.

JASON TONDU

Chief Technology Officer

As Co-Founder of one of the earliest Proptech companies in silicon valley, Jason has extensive knowledge of the domain and is responsible for the technological advancement at CTC. As the Chief Technology Officer at Cityscape Technology, he is responsible for outlining the company’s vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with business needs.

UMAIR MUNIR

President Global Business

 

As president of global operations and product head, he oversees diverse product teams. Previously he served as country head of OLX Pakistan where he built a team that was responsible for the development of an E-commerce platform that was deployed in several countries across Asia and Africa.

Director of Proptech Research

Meta is the Director of Proptech Research at Cityscape, where she employs marketing strategies to procure and retain clients in international markets.

Her background is in law, and her years of legal experience fostered her strong communication, analytical and strategic planning skills, which are all paramount in her role at Cityscape.

ADEEL MANKEE​

Chief Operating Officer

 

As Chief Operating Officer, Adeel is responsible for building our engineering, product, and marketing teams to support CTC’s global business initiatives. He has over 15 years of broad-based, global cross-functional experience spanning business operations, product, sales, engineering, and people operations.
